Right, nobody loves reading terms and conditions. We get it. But these rules protect both sides, so spend a few minutes here before you start playing. By creating an account you’re agreeing to everything on this page. We’ll let you know if anything changes, and the English version always takes priority. If support ever tells you something that contradicts this page, the written terms win.
Eligibility
You need to be 18 or older, or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. We can ask for proof whenever we see fit, and if you can’t provide it the account gets locked.
One account per person, per household, per email, per device and per payment method. Duplicate accounts lead to closure and forfeited winnings every time. Don’t let mates, family or anyone under 18 use your account either.
It’s on you to make sure online gambling is legal where you are. Some provider games are geo-blocked, and using a VPN to bypass that breaks these terms.
Deposits and Withdrawals
Fiat minimum deposit is £20, crypto starts from 0.0001 BTC. We take Visa, Mastercard, bank transfer and several cryptocurrencies, but here’s the key bit : you can only use payment methods in your name. Third-party deposits mean forfeited winnings, no exceptions.
Minimum withdrawal is £20. Caps : £4,000 daily, £8,000 weekly, £30,000 monthly. Win above £30,000 and it may come in monthly instalments. Bank transfers take 5 to 7 working days, crypto clears faster depending on the network.
Every deposit must be wagered 3x before withdrawal. Deposit £100, place at least £300 in bets before cashing out. Stack deposits without playing and the total needs clearing first, or we may apply a processing fee.
Quick note on crypto : deposits via CoinsPaid don’t support deposit limit tools. If responsible gaming limits matter to you, stick with cards or bank transfer.
Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of the transaction. Card refunds cover up to the deposited amount ; anything above goes through an alternative method. Bonuses and winnings get deducted before refunds are processed.
Bonus Terms
Every bonus at SpinDog Casino comes with a 40x wagering requirement on the bonus amount. Free spin winnings follow the same rule unless the promo states otherwise.
Maximum stake during wagering is £5 per round, including doubled bets and bonus buy-ins. Go over and the bonus plus winnings can be voided.
Expiry depends on type : free spins last 3 days, free spin winnings 7 days, cash bonuses 10 days. One bonus at a time, no stacking.
Wagering contributions differ by game : slots 100 %, roulette 25 %, card games 10 %, everything else 0 %. Welcome offer cashout caps at £5,000, free spin winnings at £300. Real balance gets used first, and cancelling mid-wagering wipes the bonus and anything it generated.
Winnings and Profit Caps
There is a daily profit cap on casino games, excluding progressive jackpots. Non-VIP players can win up to £25,000 per 24-hour window. VIP members get £50,000. Profits beyond the cap may be voided, with stakes returned.
Game Rules and Liability
Check the rules and RTP before you bet. Losses from gambling are your responsibility, same goes for connection drops or glitches.
Mistaken credits get reversed. Any dispute over results, server data overrides your screen.
Account Security and Fair Use
Fraud means instant closure. Collusion, bots, forged documents, chargebacks, any creative workaround, all of it leads to blocked accounts and voided winnings. We reserve the right to flag it with regulators too.
Playing roulette in a way that covers 25 or more numbers out of 37 while bonus funds are active isn’t allowed. KYC documents go in before your first payout, photo ID, proof of address, payment verification. Documents not in Latin or Cyrillic ? We may arrange a video call.
