Privacy Policy

We’re required by gambling regulations to collect personal data from players. No way around it. It’s how we verify who you are, process your money, and keep the platform running legally. This page explains what we collect, what we do with it, and who gets to see it. We may update this policy from time to time, so it’s worth checking back every now and then.

    What We Collect

When you sign up, we ask for the basics : your name, date of birth, email and phone number. If you contact support by chat or email, we keep a record of that conversation too.

KYC requires another layer. Before your first withdrawal we’ll need a passport or driving licence scan, proof of address no older than three months, and payment method verification.

The system also automatically picks up technical data when you visit : IP address, browser type, device info, login timestamps and activity logs. That happens through standard website operation and doesn’t require separate consent.

If you ever fill in a survey or feedback form, that data goes on record as well.

    Why We Need It

Broadly, your data serves three purposes.

First, the practical stuff. We need it to run your account, process deposits and withdrawals, and handle support requests. Nothing works without it.

Second, legal compliance. Anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing rules mean we have to verify identities, monitor transactions and flag anything suspicious. Not optional for us.

Third, making things better. We use anonymised, aggregated data to spot trends and improve how the site works. No individual player gets identified in that process.

On the marketing side, we may send you promotional emails, but only if you haven’t opted out. You can switch that off in your account settings or by dropping support a message. Done, no questions asked.

One thing to be aware of : if you accept a contest prize or bonus win, you’re agreeing that we can use your username in promotional material. That’s standard across the industry.

    Who Sees Your Data

We don’t sell your data. We don’t rent it out either. That’s a hard line.

Internally, access is limited to people who actually need it : the anti-money laundering officer, fraud analysts, support agents and VIP managers. Every single one of them has signed a confidentiality agreement.

Outside the company, data only moves when necessary. Payment providers need transaction details to process your money. Regulators and law enforcement get access when legally required. Third-party services handling our hosting, analytics and email campaigns process limited data on our behalf, under contract.

If you use social sharing buttons on the site, those are run by the platforms themselves. Facebook, Twitter and the rest. What they collect through those buttons falls under their own privacy policies, not ours. Same goes for any external links on our pages. We’re not responsible for what happens once you leave our site.

    How We Protect It

Your account is secured by SSL encryption. On top of that, you’ve got a unique login and password, plus the option to turn on two-factor authentication. Keeping those credentials private is on you. If someone else gets in because you shared your password, that’s not something we can undo.

If you close your account, we’re legally required to hold your data for a minimum of five years from your last transaction. That’s an anti-money laundering obligation, not a choice we make. After that period, data gets deleted unless there’s an active investigation.

We may keep anonymised versions of your data longer than that for improving our content and marketing. Anonymised means exactly that : no way to trace it back to you.

    Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep the site functional, things like keeping you logged in and remembering your language preferences. Analytics cookies help us understand how players use the platform so we can improve it. We don’t run third-party advertising cookies. You can control cookie settings through your browser at any time, though blocking essential cookies may limit how the site works.

    Your Rights

You can request access to the personal data we hold on you by contacting support. If anything is inaccurate, we’ll correct it. You can also request deletion of your data, though anti-money laundering rules may require us to keep certain records for the full five-year retention period. In those cases, we’ll explain exactly what we’re required to hold and why.

You can opt out of marketing communications at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Links on our site that point to third-party websites are governed by their own policies, and we’re not responsible for how they handle your information.
